Niesa Hussett

The proud founder of Human Resources and Career Wellness, and creator of the My Voice Matters movement. Born and raised in New York, with strong Caribbean roots, I was raised to lead with compassion, courage, and truth. After over 20 years in Human Resources, I witnessed firsthand the deep need for safe spaces where employees could truly feel heard, protected, and respected. That journey led me here to create not just another program, but a full healing and empowerment movement for everyday employees and future leaders. My mission is simple: to protect voices, rebuild trust, and inspire true leadership from the inside out.
